About the Position:

Hiring for a Vice President of Engineering with prior industrial project experience to oversee the engineering department's strategic direction, ensuring the successful execution of industrial construction projects and fostering a culture of technical excellence within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, designers, and construction professionals, to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve exceptional project outcomes.

Requirements
  • Must have 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be a PE Professional Engineer
  • Must have a stable work history.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial construction processes, engineering principles, and construction regulations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
